What does “CDA TV” mean?

The CDA TV app displays a pairing code that you confirm after signing in through a browser on another device.

What causes it?

• The television is not connected to the internet.
• The pairing code has expired or was entered incorrectly.
• The account session on the phone or computer needs to be signed in again.

Steps to try

Stop when the issue is resolved.

1. Open CDA on the smart TV and choose the option to link an account.
2. Keep the QR panel and seven-character code visible on the television.
3. On a phone or computer, visit the CDA TV pairing page.
4. Sign in with the account you want to use, or create one first.
