2. Whole grain waffles

Waffles can be a really good breakfast and healthy for your toddlers. It can be prepared with a combination of whole grains and food with a protein source. If you want to save time on weekday mornings and also serve waffles to your toddlers, here’s a tip.

Prepare some extra waffles on weekend and store them in airtight containers in the fridge. Waffles can be heated easily using a microwave oven and toaster oven.

If you don’t have time to prepare yourself then you can purchase frozen waffles from stores. Make sure to buy waffles containing sugar of fewer than 5 grams per serving.

3. Egg Muffins

Egg muffins are found to be rich in fats and proteins which are the necessary food source for toddlers. Besides that, toddlers love eggs.

You can prepare a bunch of egg muffins with vegetables on weekends and store them in an airtight container in your fridge. Take them out and warm the muffins in the microwave oven before serving them to your toddler.

4. Oatmeal

Several kids do love eating oatmeal but some don’t. For those who don’t like eating oatmeal, you can serve them in multiple ways by knowing what your toddler like most.

Change the texture of oatmeal by adding crushed apples or dried grapes also called raisins. Many individuals add strawberries and serve them to their toddlers. Besides that, you can top oatmeal with nut butter and sprinkles.

5. Baked French toast

You can bake French toast on weekends and store them in a sealed container, so you can serve those to your toddlers in early morning breakfast.

Many parents prefer this recipe as they are prepared without eggs and a banana is added for sweetness and potassium. Baked French toast can be served with yogurt or some kind of fruity dip so your toddler can enjoy and eat all of it.

6. Cereal with low sugar

A morning can be much easier for parents and toddlers both if cereals are served with milk or with smoothie yogurt and topped with fruits. Most of the kids do love eating cereals.

Make sure to purchase cereal that contains the least sugar and a few grams of protein and fiber. By having your toddler consume these food sources, it can be a well-balanced source of energy till lunch.

7. Whole-grain pancakes

Pancakes are one of the most consumed breakfasts for adults and children. You can prepare pancakes on Sunday morning and prepare some extra so you can store them in a ziplock container in the fridge.

Use microwave and reheat the pancakes for 30 seconds whenever you want to serve them. Pancakes have a good combination with cream cheese.

8. Fruit, eggs, and whole grain

To have your toddler eat the most healthy breakfast, boil a bunch of eggs and store them in the fridge. Every morning, serve the eggs with toast, vegetables, and fruit slices. It depends what your kid like most, scrambled eggs or boiled eggs.

9. Quesadillas

To prepare quesadillas, add crushed spinach, beans, and cheese to a tortilla and it’s ready to serve. You can change the recipe by changing vegetables or by adding scrambled eggs. Serving a breakfast that is rich in nutrients and flavor can be a good start.

Heat the skillet and warm the quesadilla by adding cheese in it and wait till it melts. Another way is to add cheese to a quesadilla and put it in the microwave for a few seconds and it will be melted.

10. Sweet potato toast

You can prepare sweet potato toast for your toddler in the easiest way. Mix the toast with several sliced vegetables and have mashed sweet potato spread over your toast and sprinkle the toast with cinnamon.

You can also add crushed avocado, jam, or apple butter to have your toddler enjoy breakfast. Cut the toast into small cubes or sticks so it can be easy for your toddler to eat.

11. Baked Donuts

Prepare the donut by mixing eggs, flour, salt, and baking powder, and get the batter ready. You can add several flavor extracts to give it a flavor. Donuts take less than 20 minutes to be served. Donut is one of the favorite breakfasts for most individuals whether they are grown-up or kids.
