How to Get Relief for Upper Back and Neck Pain

One reason people suffer from upper back and neck pain is that they lead sedentary lives. Most of us sit all day at work, then come home to sit down and eat dinner. Then, we sit down on the couch and watch TV until we lie down and go to bed.
